Our Refund and Returns Policy is as follows:
- We accept returns for products within 14 days from the date of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and in a new and unused condition.
- To be able to get a full refund, the product must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging and contents unmodified. - The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged or defective.
- Custom-made products, including jewelry and personalized perfumes, are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Sale items will be final sale.
- Any Product damaged, already used, with traces of use, changed or not returned in the original packaging shall not be, in any circumstances, subject to a refund.
